Porterfield is an indie-fusion quartet that pushes the boundaries between singer-songwriter, rock, and jazz. The experimental instrumentation of ovals, guitar, synth bass, saxophone and fx, and drums creates a rich, dynamic sound. Their EP ‘Live at Q’ was released in 2018, and their debut album ‘Rome’ in 2021. They have been nominated twice in a row for the Boston Music Awards’ Jazz Artist of the Year. They are gearing up for their second full length album 'Kitsch Machine' to be released in November of 2024. ÍLANDRÍA is an Ecuadorian-born and Miami raised singer-songwriter, performer and composer based in NYC. Her music is a fusion of jazz, pop, electronic and Latin music. She attended The New School for Jazz and her performances and songs are infused with theatrical elements and performance art. She was invited to perform at the AIDS Walk for the last 3 years. In 2022, she was named "Singer of the Year" by the Latino Street awards, selected as a semi-finalist in the Int'l Songwriting Competition and was the Grand Prize winner of the John Lennon songwriting competition for her single "Se Acabo”. Alana Amore Colvin (she/they) is a Brooklyn based composer, guitarist, and singer-songwriter. colvin’s work explores the intersections between jazz, classical, folk and alt-rock leaning heavily into their perception of modern American folk music. In more self-reflective works, she is known for her vulnerability, naive, and some-what childlike nature.
