General Admission is also covered by this ticket, where patrons are also welcome to enjoy the space. Dancing, socializing, food and drink are encouraged for all attendees. Our kitchen is open until midnight on weeknights, and 1:00 AM on weekends. If your ticket was purchased in error, please email dice.fm/contact and they will action the refund. They will be able to process at point of purchase for you, if purchased through us. General Admission DOES NOT include skate rental, we have have skates and gear that is rentable on a first come first basis + welcome patrons to bring their own skates Valid identification required for entry to Xanadu: unexpired government-issued IDs (driver's license or passport) and foreign passports are accepted. Expired IDs, photocopies, photographs, or digital versions not accepted. All bags are subject to search at Venue entrance. For Skate Sessions, your ticket includes entry to the venue and skating rink. Xanadu is a standing room only venue with limited seating on a first come first served basis or with a reservation through events department. We are wheelchair accessible, with an entry ramp and ADA bathrooms and tables available. Please arrive early and inform our staff if you will require any accommodations. Xanadu is an inclusive, safe space. We do not tolerate harassment, aggression, racism, bigotry, or hatred of any kind.
