General Admission includes a skate session and admission to the venue. General Admission DOES NOT include skate rental. Skates and protective gear are available for rent on a first come first basis, with limited availability. Guests are encouraged to bring their own skates. All sales are final. No refunds. Booth reservations are available for parties 6+ via form: https://wkf.ms/4c8tBzH Valid identification required for entry to Xanadu: unexpired government-issued IDs (driver's license or passport) and foreign passports. Expired IDs, photocopies, photographs, or digital versions are not accepted. All bags are subject to search at venue entrance. Outside food, cakes and beverages are not allowed. Our kitchen is open until 12:00AM on weeknights, 1:00AM on weekends. Xanadu is wheelchair accessible with ramp, ADA bathrooms, and tables. Please arrive early and let us know if you need assistance. Xanadu is an inclusive, safe space. We do not tolerate harassment, aggression, racism, bigotry, or hatred of any kind.
