Presented by EMW along with Closed Sessions, Microbender and Pulse Events, this B&L edition offers an eclectic mix of trailblazing dance music artists at an authentically Brooklyn outdoor space, creating the recipe for an unforgettable evening and night. Headliners include Australian producer Alison Wonderland, whose raw and visceral songwriting mixed with passionate bass and trap beats and futuristic soundscapes have touched fans worldwide. Also headlining will be French musician Madeon, who has captivated audiences with heartfelt live performances and will electrify the crowd with a DJ set. Special guests include Camo & Krooked b2b Mefjus with Daxta MC, who are poised to deliver a dynamic drum ‘n’ bass-infused set. Support will be equally unmissable and on the harder side with Californian dubstep DJ FrostTop, Virginia-grown trap producer JAWNS, and Texas-based dubstep trio Wavedash. B&L builds on its reputation as one of the premier dance music companies with one of its hottest lineups yet, dishing out everything from future bass and electropop to drum 'n' bass and dubstep in the Big Apple. Located directly under the Kosciuszko Bridge and called “Under the K Bridge Park,” the new park converts a formerly abandoned industrial site into a vibrant seven-acre open space that invites the public to a little-known waterfront of Newtown Creek. The space, designed by Toronto-based landscape architecture firm, PUBLIC WORK, features expansive multi-purpose sections for recreation, culture, and woodland areas where more than 20,000 trees and native plant species now grow.
